Refund policy

All orders are non-refundable.

If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at jessi@ehcanadabox.com and we will be happy to help you resolve this! Please make sure to report any damage within 30 days of receiving the package. During summer months, some product, especially confectionary, may melt during transportation. All orders containing such products are shipped at the customer’s’ own risk.
