We want to make your shopping and shipping experience as easy as possibly.


We offer worldwide shipping. All shipping options available to your destination will be displayed during checkout.

Delays may occur that our outside our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore an approximation only. We will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages, or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply these products. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather, flight delays, customs, etc…

If the recipient is not available to accept their item when delivery is attempted, the following will happen:
• A notification of the delivery attempt will be left at the address, or a note will be added to the tracking indicating that an attempt has been made.
• It will then be the responsibility of the recipient to collect the package from the address specified on this notice.
• If no attempt to collect the delivery is made, it will be returned to the sender or destroyed.
• We are happy to re-attempt sending the package if it is returned to us. Please keep an eye on the tracking and let us know within 14 days of it being returned to us that you would like to re-send the package. Any shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
• If no communication is received within 14 days, the package will be surrounded and non-refundable.

For temperature sensitive boxes, please be sure to collect the package ASAP. Eh! Canada Box cannot take responsibility for packages damaged by heat or other weather conditions.

Please note: We can only deliver to PO boxes in USA and Canada. Outside of these countries you must provide an address that can be reached by a private courier such as UPS. We cannot deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Incorrect Delivery Address/Undeliverable Parcel:
If an incorrect delivery package is provided or a package is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage will apply to send it again. Please contact us within 14 business days of the package being returned to Canada. Packages not claimed within 14 days are non-refundable and cannot be re-sent.

We do not offer delivery to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
